1-conduct a Hazard analysis- menjalankan analisis bahaya
2-determine the CCP- menetukan titik kawaln kritikal
3-establish the critical limit-mewujudkan had kritikal bagi setiap CCP
4- establish the system to monitor and control CCP
5-Establish the corrective action- mewujudkan tindakan pembetulan
6- Establish the procedure for verification- mewujudkan procedur pengesahan
7-establish records and documentation
